- Provide top‑notch customer service while solving complex system issues.
- Perform high‑level maintenance and tune‑ups for performance & longevity.
- Educate clients on system care, efficiency, and service options.
- Document service visits with digital tools for accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance standards.
- Proven experience in HVAC diagnostics, repair & service.
- Strong troubleshooting skills & technical knowledge.
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred).
- Clean & valid Florida driver’s license.
- Own quality tools—and know how to use them.
- Respect for the craft, the team, and the customer.
- Must pass background & drug screening.
