Lead Residential AV Technician
Naples, FL
We are a luxury residential technology integrator seeking an experienced Lead Residential AV Technician to oversee installations and lead field teams on high-end smart home projects in the Naples area.
- Lead and manage a team of residential AV technicians
- Install and commission custom AV and home theater systems
- Program and configure Control4, Savant, and/or Lutron platforms
- Maintain quality standards for wiring, rack builds, and system performance
- Troubleshoot complex system and service issues
- Act as the technical lead and client-facing point of contact
- 4+ years of residential AV or custom integration experience
- Proven leadership experience on job sites
- Programming experience with Control4, Savant, or Lutron
- Strong AV installation, low‑voltage, and networking fundamentals
Location:
