DRYmedic® Restoration Services is a team of experienced disaster restoration professionals. Our technicians use industry-leading equipment
ILLISECONDS and trusted techniques to restore property after water, fire, or mold damage. Our number one priority is to quickly bring our customers' property back to its original condition.
Our organization is seeking a talented individual to fill a critical position as a Mitigation Foreman. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful execution of restoration projects. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the Project Manager, leading project teams, and overseeing the restoration production process. Your strong communication skills and hands‑on expertise will ensure that projects are completed efficiently and safely.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be physically fit, able to work in a fast‑paced environment and will be skilled at using phone apps and computer software to view, update and track project status. You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently when needed. Lastly, we are seeking aspirational individuals that aspire to grow beyond the Foreman position.

Responsibilities- Support the Project M Delta on all job site activities
- Execute job action plan for restoration production
- Able to communicate workflow and scope of work with team members assigned to project
- Work directly
Spa and lead team members to remove/ demolish materials that cannot be restored or repaired at job sites - Supervise the crew and additional subcontractors or vendors on site (when needed)
- Extract standing water if needed
- Set up equipment, move tools, and restock vans
- Maintain job site safety
- Working in confined invariates including heights
- Utilization of power tools
- Able to correctly identify and place drying equipment
- Utilize Company software to document loss sites along side of project manager
- Take photos at different stage
- Must have Valid Drivers' License
- Must have reliable transportation to Main Office
- Must be able to adapt to our DRYmedic standards of service
- Able to be on-call to respond to customer emergencies
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting
- Clean shaven face for use of respirator per OSHA regulations
- Work in a team environment
- Work in tight or confined spaces
