Prior Kenworth experience is a plus, and Cummins and/or Paccar certifications are highly valued.

• Hourly pay: $25–$40 (based on experience)

• Service, repair, and recondition Kenworth trucks as directed by the Service Manager.
• Diagnose malfunctions in hydraulics, electrical, and hydrostatic systems.
• Perform welding and fabrication work as needed.
• Recommend appropriate repairs and prepare cost estimates.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all repairs performed.
• Communicate with the factory for technical assistance.
• Stay current with industry trends and technical advancements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Diesel technician experience (Kenworth preferred).
• Cummins and/or Paccar certifications a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and problem‑solving skills.

• Regularly required to talk, listen, stand, walk, use hands, and reach with arms.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and transport materials up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally more than 50 lbs.
