Job DescriptionAs a Security Guard - Bank Access Control in Naples, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as financial institutions. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help deter security-related incidents, and manage access points to maintain a secure environment. You will interact with visitors and staff, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication.

- Monitor access points to control entry and exit of individuals and vehicles at the location, following established procedures for financial institutions.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to identify and report any security-related concerns.
- Provide customer service by assisting visitors and employees with access-related inquiries and directing them in accordance with site-specific policies.
- Respond to incidents and security-related situations calmly and with problem-solving skills, following Allied Universal protocols.
- Document and report all access control activities, incidents, and unusual observations as required by site procedures.
- Assist with emergency response activities, including supporting evacuation or lockdown procedures when appropriate.
- Collaborate with site management and/or law enforcement as directed to address access control and security-related issues.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment for all occupants.
- At least one year of security-related experience is required.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Loss prevention experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all applicable laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen as permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
