Join a premier pool construction and renovation firm that has been defining the Southwest Florida landscape for over 40 years. We are looking for a Sales & Design Representative who is ready to turn client dreams into high-end reality. This position has a base of $40K-$50K plus uncapped commission.
Responsibilities- You will be the face of the company, meeting clients on-site to understand their lifestyle and budget.
- Using Structure Studios / Pool Studio, you will create custom 3D designs, refine them alongside the client, and guide them through the contract process.
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

No Degree Required
Experience1-4 years
Qualifications- Software:
Proficiency in Structure Studios / Pool Studio is preferred (or the ability to master new design software quickly). - Experience:
Prior in‑home sales, residential design, or outdoor living experience is a major plus. - Autonomy:
Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in the field. - Logistics:
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Marco Island to Venice territory.
