The Sales and Service Representative is responsible for processing transactions and other customer service requests in the branch. The position facilitates customer awareness and education of bank capabilities, tools, and resources, and supports the sales efforts of a branch team by identifying and referring sales opportunities to the appropriate bank partner.

• Introducing customers to other branch team members or bank partners who can provide solutions for their financial needs

• Basic Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6 months customer service experience
• Additional Requirements:
  • 1+ years of prior banking experience, ideally as a Bank Teller or Universal Banker from a US‑based LFI
  • Must possess a valid driver's license. This is a float position and will require frequent driving to other offices. Bank car not provided.
