For a half‑day each week, a fractional Sales VP follows our six‑step system to provide improved sales process, efficiency, sales enablement, and one‑on‑one coaching.

If you have experience as a sales #leader, star #salesperson, #consultant, #trainer, or business owner, you can succeed as an outsourced sales leader. Take control of your time and job security while earning a great living.

Top applicants will have a background in sales management, sales improvement, and/or sales coaching.

This is a hybrid position working in the local market onsite with the client occasionally and remotely when it’s not needed to be onsite.

Our hiring process is different than what you might be used to. We don’t believe that step one in a hiring process should be to subject you to heavy vetting because it assumes that there is a good mutual fit. Our process will share a great deal of information with you first and let you “opt‑in” to the interview process.
