Bilingual Outside Sales Representative

$150,000 – $200,000 per year

• Deliver interactive sales presentations on Renuity products & services to homeowners at their homes.
• Apply consistent effort and a positive attitude to meet monthly sales goals.
• Set individual sales targets and track progress.
• Promote company products and services through in‑home visits.
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts with homeowners.
• Work a full schedule, including weekend and holiday flexibility.

• Self‑motivated and results‑oriented with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work evening, weekend, and holiday appointments.
• Personal vehicle with valid driver’s license.
• In‑home sales or business‑to‑consumer sales experience preferred; experience in windows, doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, HVAC, or direct sales a plus.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals independently.
• Requires a criminal background check.

• Earn $150,000 – $200,000+ per year in uncapped commissions; top representatives earn up to $400,000+.
