Outside Sales Consultant – Territory
Location:
Naples, FL
Empire Today is looking for go-getters to meet face-to-face with our customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs. This role involves working with pre-qualified leads, representing a quality brand, and earning through a strong commission-based structure.
PayBase pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $/yr
Responsibilities- The role is a 100% commission + commission bonus opportunity. Outside Sales Consultants on average earn $50k - $70k the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k.
- Outside Sales Consultants meet face-to-face with customers in their homes and assist in selecting flooring products.
- Represent a quality brand serving customers for over 60 years with pre-qualified leads.
- Earn while you learn with paid training; multiple schedule options; company apparel stipend.
- Prospect and engage customers to grow business within the territory; leverage referrals and a nationwide presence to expand opportunities.

- Valid auto insurance
- Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually
- Business Development: achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales
- Availability for evening & weekend appointments
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Ability to use a tablet device and laser measuring device to facilitate diagramming and contract preparation
