Responsibilities:

• Drive membership sales by engaging with every guest.
• Provide excellent customer service—greet guests warmly, schedule appointments, answer calls, and resolve member concerns.
• Own member retention through following operational guidelines, delivering excellent service, and regular follow-ups.
• Promote the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching, meet sales targets, encourage add-on sessions, and enhance your sales skills.
• Maintain the positive culture of Stretch Zone by building professional relationships with members and team members.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• No degree or sales experience required; comprehensive training and support are provided.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
