OverviewAs a Commercial Account Executive, you will work outdoors, meet with property managers and business owners, and help protect their properties from pests. This role offers a blend of field work, sales, and customer service—no desk job needed.

- Generate Sales Leads:
Cold‑call, network, and maintain relationships with current commercial accounts, including property management companies. - Account Acquisition and Growth:
Target and acquire new commercial accounts while expanding existing relationships. - Sell Northwest Services:
Promote Northwest’s commercial pest‑control services and ensure all documentation meets company standards. - Relationship Building:
Strengthen relationships with internal and external customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty. - Ongoing Learning:
Attend regular training sessions and continuing education programs. - Safety First:
Operate company vehicles and equipment safely and maintain a safety‑first mindset.

- Competitive compensation: $38k‑$48k base salary PLUS commissions!

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Sales experience required; B2B sales experience preferred.
- Property Management experience a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Use ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
- Work safely in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops.
- Operate in all weather conditions.
