• Retain, produce, and boost sales with our valued clients.
• Maximize the retention of current accounts, ensure top-notch customer service and quality.
• Resolve customer issues with creative problem solving.
• Provide landscape enhancement opportunities to customers and close additional sales.
• Oversee Crew Supervisors and Forepersons to ensure field operations run smoothly and efficiently.

• Passion for the landscape and horticulture industry and experience as an Account Manager.
• Experience managing multiple landscape maintenance crews.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, time management, and leadership skills.
• Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record.

• Salary: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
