Responsibilities include:

• Providing outstanding service with a friendly and engaging experience for pets and their owners.
• Maintaining solid product knowledge and staying current with new releases.
• Performing housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean, organized store.
• Assisting in processing shipments, replenishing stock, merchandising, and monitoring floor stock to ensure proper pricing, display, and rotation.
• Completing transactions accurately and efficiently at the POS.
• Celebrating team successes.
• Showing passion and love for what you do!

You must have:

• A love of pets and a genuine interest in animal nutrition and welfare.
• A focus on building customer relationships through excellent service.
• Energy, enthusiasm, integrity, and mutual respect.
• The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
