Salon Sales Co-Manager – Zoom Tan

As a representative of our brand, your primary responsibility is to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring our clients have a positive and memorable experience.

• Recruit, interview, and hire motivated and enthusiastic employees.
• Train and develop a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees.
• Manage all aspects of daily store operations (cleanliness, inventory).
• Prepare staffing schedules to meet salon needs.
• Maintain inventory of products.
• Other tasks and duties as assigned by the District Manager.
• Greet clients and provide a warm and welcoming experience.
• Assess clients’ skin types and recommend appropriate tanning equipment and lotions; explain the tanning process, safety guidelines, and answer questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized tanning area, ensuring equipment is in good working order and supplies are well stocked.
• Upsell tanning lotions and other products based on client needs and preferences.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining professionalism and customer service.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Maintain accurate client records, including tanning history and preferences.
• Open and close the tanning salon on time.

$18.50 + uncapped commission and bonuses.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Self‑motivated to succeed in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Ability to reach, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Friendly, outgoing, and effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Team player willing to work collaboratively with other departments.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent leadership qualities and conflict management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and work for long periods of time.

• Sales experience 12 years (preferred).
• Customer Service experience 12 years (preferred).
• Prior management experience (preferred).
