The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that combines business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Responsibilities include driving sales by analyzing the business and delivering best-in-class customer service, overseeing daily store operations (opening/closing routines, process efficiency), leveraging creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. This role also leads talent management, including recruiting, training, engagement, and development. With a promote-from-within philosophy, Assistant Managers build a foundation for future leadership within the store.
