Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and sales floor productivity, building guest loyalty through a best-in-class in‑store experience, and supporting the Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to achieve KPI results.
• Motivate and inspire the team through AEO’s core values, model service standards, and hold associates accountable for excellence on the sales floor and in the fitting room.
• Recruit, hire, and develop strong talent, ensuring sufficient staffing for business needs and continued service excellence within a Guest First culture.
• Provide regular, real‑time coaching, set clear goals, and celebrate outstanding種類 performance to drive engagement (#winning!).
• Lead visual and operational initiatives, executing daily visual/operational procedures, shipment processing, merchandising moves, and maintaining Fitting Room readiness while upholding brand standards.
• Maintain store safety, protect assets, and fully adhere to AEO policies, ensuring the right actions are taken at all times.
