Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida is a non‑profit organization committed to serving people with disabilities and disadvantages by providing life‑changing opportunities. This part‑time position, located in Naples Park (Fort Myers, Florida), may be scheduled on Sundays and closing shifts.

• Receive, record, and sort donations efficiently using the Kaizen system.
• Provide outstanding customer service as a front‑line representative.
• Follow Kaizen guidelines, audit procedures, and 5‑minute drill protocols.
• Perform additional duties such as processing, cleaning, setting up fixtures and equipment, and other tasks as directed.

• High school graduate or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience in retail and/or stock handling preferred.
• Mobility: capable of turning, kneeling, bending, and standing for long periods; able to see and recognize colors.
• Basic math skills.
• Lift at least 40 pounds frequently; able to team‑lift up to 100 pounds.
• Must be able to work in varying temperatures and climates.
