Job Description
Job Description: Under the leadership of the Assistant General Manager, Operations, the Specialized Operations Associate is responsible for the daily operations of the General Office and operational functions of the Jewelry Department.

Consistently generates and shares original ideas, tackling both simple and complex problems.
Qualifications- Ability to lift cartons up to 15 lbs, climb ladders, and handle racks and carts of merchandise.
- Strong computer skills (Google, MS Office) and adaptability to changing technology.
- Ability to work well in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment requiring high multi‑tasking with minimal supervision.
- Flexible schedule as per business needs and adherence to dependability standards.
- Attention to detail and organized personal workspace.
- Application of store policies and procedures to decision‑making.
- Verbal and written communication skills; handles telephone and face‑to‑face interactions effectively and professionally.
- Maintains confidentiality when handling issues.
- General Office: opening the store, safe, controller, registers and distributing reports.
- Maintaining daily functions: morning cash entry, bank deposits, reconciliation of chargebacks, register and petty cash counting.
- Resolving customer issues (internal and external) including research/payment of bills and processing packages.
- Jewelry Operations: following jewelry standards and shipping guidelines; receiving, verifying, booking all jewelry; processing re‑tickets, RTVs, transfers, ASN shipments, and price changes.
- Case count management and discrepancy reconciliation.
- Repair log maintenance, tracking repairs sent to vendors or local shops, and submission of repair invoices.
- Receive and verify merchandise for trunk shows; assist in set‑up, take‑down and recap results.
- Prepare and submit special order requests and statements of sale.
- Communicate with corporate merchants, accounts payable, inventory control, and vendors as needed.
- Maintain audit readiness for vault/safe contents; assist managers and associates on the selling floor as necessary.
- Process fulfillment orders and ad‑hoc responsibilities as needed.
