- Load and unload trucks, and move material from the receiving area throughout the store.
- May operate forklifts and help maintain proper on-hands and pricing for customers.
- Direct customer interaction is frequently required; excellent customer service skills are required.
- The Freight/Receiving positions may include Freight Team Associate, Freight Team Lead, Receiving Associate and Receiving Support.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact directly with customers.
- Willingness to operate forklifts where required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and support stocking and pricing activities.
