As a Field Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and act as the face of Hallmark. Collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels, and support team members with seasonal resets and installations when needed. Occasionally work with other products from other companies in the stores you service.

• Your starting pay will be $14.00 to $16.00 depending on skills and experience.
• Part‑time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
• Average weekly hours: 10‑14 hours per week.
• Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is required.

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Using a mobile device, restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark inventory. Communicate with supervisor, report time, provide feedback, answer surveys. Interact professionally with store employees, management, and customers.
• Holiday support:
  Provide extra days and extended hours during key holidays (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas). May be required to work on the holiday or weekend.
• Department resets:
  Assist with installations, fixture building, relocation, and resetting card sections. Usually notified two weeks in advance; may involve evenings or weekend.
• Team vision:
  Support other merchandisers in the network as needed.

Physical demanding job requiring energy and urgency. Work on selling floor and back stockrooms. Must push, pull, lift, carry cartons and fixtures up to 30 lb regularly, up to 50 lb occasionally. Kneel, squat, walk, stand throughout; may climb stairs and ladder.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Read, write, understand English.
• Can grasp, pull, lift, and carry up to 30 lb frequently and 50 lb occasionally.
• Operate a digital handheld device.
• Have Wi‑Fi access.
• Have reliable transportation to assigned stores.
