Responsibilities- Act through our core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).
- Be passionate about fashion and trend; maintain a strong on-floor presence with warmth and energy.
- Follow all company and store policies and standards.
- Collaborate with leaders and peers to deliver a HEART Styling experience for all customers.
- Support daily store operations, inventory management, and merchandising and store visual standards.
- Drive sales and contribute to store goals; maintain a minimum of $140 SPC and $150 SPH.
- Warm, friendly demeanor; natural connector who makes work enjoyable.
- Fashion credible; up-to-date on current trends and brands; willing to take fashion risks as an early adopter.
- Growth mindset and perseverance; coachable and open to development.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to influence others.
- Embodies the EVEREVE brand and serves as a brand advocate for our mission.
