• Prepare and execute high-quality meals with consistency and attention to detail.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and kitchen.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Prior experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen or upscale dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and a commitment to excellence.
