Responsibilities- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
- Develop innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends
- Lead, mentor, and inspire kitchen staff to achieve excellence and foster a positive team environment
- Manage inventory, control costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to create special events and promotional offerings
- Maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation to uphold the restaurant’s reputation
- Monitor and improve kitchen workflows for efficiency and productivity
- Proven experience as a Executive Chef or Head Chef in a reputable establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
