Beztak is looking to hire a Prep Cook join our team. The Prep Cook is responsible for the preparation of well-presented meals in timely fashion according to the scheduled menu and/or resident requests.альным>

Performs all aspects of meal preparation, cooking and presentation as assigned. Completes prep work as required for future meals. Assists in the completion of the order sheets to maintain the appropriate level of supplies and inventory. Maintains refrigerator and freezer in an organized manner andSm as required by the health department. Assists in the storage of경요items that have been delivered. Maintains a clean and safe workspace and work environment.

Sweeps and mops kitchen area as assigned. Adheres to all food handling regulations. Knows and uses provided Universal Precautions and Personal Protective Equipment, according to requirements established by OSHA. Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed. Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills.

Flexible, innovative and demonstrates the ability to make sound decisions. High integrity, positive attitude, mission-driven and self-directed. Passion, dedication and commitment for providing seniors an engaging, enlivening and captivating living environment. Be proactive to identify issues before they occur.

One year of experience in the industry. Excellent verbal and listening skills. The ability to multi-task effectively.
