Server - Takeout

Job Summary

As a Server - Takeout, you will ensure guests  needs are met courteously and promptly, creating an exceptional takeout or curbside experience. Your duties include taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, and processing orders, as well as delivering orders to guests for curbside pickup. You ll guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and provide outstanding hospitality, while maintaining high sanitation and safety standards.

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great takeout or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in guests  orders.
• Understand the restaurant menu to identify items for takeout and catering, guide guests in menu selections, and answer questions.
• Deliver an amazing hospitality experience by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests  expectations.
• Uphold high sanitation and safety standards.

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler s Card, where applicable, or be able to obtain one.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs repeatedly during a shift.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
