• Maintain knowledge on beverages, service changes, daily specials, events and parties that is shared through pre‑shift and manager emails
• Adhere to dress code, appearance and grooming standards specified in manual
• Provide fast, accurate service and positive guest relations
• Excellent communication skills
• Excels in a team environment
• Must demonstrate responsibility, personal accountability, and reliability
• Expected to handle self in a professional manner throughout shifts
• Proficient with POS systems

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Previous server or hospitality industry experience preferred
• Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
