Food Runner – Prime Social Reserve, Naples, FL (Fall 2025 Opening)

Cameron Mitchell Restaurants is opening an exclusive, reservation‑only dining experience at Prime Social Reserve. The 7,300‑square‑foot indoor/outdoor concept will launch fall 2025 and include a rooftop lounge and rooftop dining accessed via a dedicated elevator. Associate orientation is slated for October 17th.

As a Food Runner you will help make “Raving Fans” of guests, associates, partners, and the communities in which we do business. Your responsibilities include communicating with managers, servers, and hosts; assisting with service; and ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule; maintain the required uniform and keep it clean.
• Exemplify hospitality standards; answer guests’ questions and handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority.
• Cooperate with management and co‑workers; assist others with duties when needed and communicate suggestions for improvement in a positive fashion.
• Follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines; report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly.
• Know emergency procedures in the restaurant.
• Perform all duties and maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook.
