Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of fresh, high-quality dishes with consistency and creativity
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking under pressure
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and strong team communication
- Follow all food safety and health regulations in accordance with Florida standards
- Assist with inventory
- Support menu development with new ideas and attention to detail
- Bring a positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic to every shift
- Experience preferred, passion for food, reliability, and a willingness to learn are a must!
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficiency in English is required;
Spanish skills are a plus. - Non-slip shoes are required for safety (not provided).
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation is a must
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and kneeling
Comfortable working in hot, humid, and fast-paced kitchen environments - Manual dexterity for handling knives, tools, and kitchen equipment safely
- Ability to work around steam, open flames, and cleaning agents
- Clear vision and hearing to ensure safety and communication in a busy kitchen
- Ability to climb a step stool or ladder when needed
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as scheduled
