TEI Hospitality is hiring to join our team! The Dock at Crayton Cove (est. 1976) is an iconic waterfront restaurant in Naples, FL. Known for its award‑winning seafood, elevated bar program, and panoramic views of Naples Bay, The Dock continues to serve as an important landmark to the Naples community.

As a Restaurant Assistant, you play a vital role in supporting servers to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities include clearing tables while ensuring every guest receives attentive and seamless service. You will maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in a fast‑paced setting, consistently upholding safety standards. Above all, you are committed to providing superior hospitality and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

• Provide direct and indirect assistance to servers, including delivery and clearing of food and beverage items.
• Inspect and maintain station cleanliness and proper setup before, during, and after each shift.
• Greeting guests warmly.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and address any concerns.
• Comply with all state and federal regulations, as well as restaurant liquor policies, regarding alcohol service.
• Ensure alcohol is consumed only in designated areas.
• Build professional, hospitable rapport with every guest served.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work assignments as scheduled.
• Actively participate as a team member to support smooth operations.
• Attend ongoing training sessions, review shift notes, and participate in pre‑shift meetings.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service standards.

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to obtain any required licenses or permits.
• Preferred:
  At least 1 year of experience in a full‑service restaurant environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
