Associate Veterinarian

A partner emergency and specialty veterinary hospital in beautiful Naples, FL, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to live and work in one of Florida’s most desirable coastal cities while practicing top-tier emergency medicine in a collaborative, high-tech environment.

In this role, you’ll handle urgent and emergent cases in a fast-paced, fully equipped hospital alongside an exceptional team of ER doctors, technicians, and specialists. The hospital offers advanced diagnostics, critical care monitoring, surgical suites, and 24/7 support.

• Triage and manage emergency cases including trauma, toxicities, and acute medical conditions

• Stabilize and monitor critical patients

• Perform emergency surgeries and procedures

• Communicate clearly with pet owners about treatment plans and outcomes

• Work collaboratively with a skilled medical and support team

• DVM or VMD from an accredited veterinary school

• Licensed or eligible to practice in Florida

• Experience in emergency or critical care preferred, but strong new graduates will be considered

• Calm under pressure, confident decision-maker

• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented attitude
