About the OpportunitySupreme Search Specialists is partnering with a well-established, independent small-animal hospital in Naples, Florida, seeking a compassionate and dedicated Associate Veterinarian (DVM).
This is an exceptional opportunity for a veterinarian who values personalized medicine, strong client relationships, a supportive team-oriented work environment, and clinical autonomy in an independently owned practice free from corporate constraints.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care for dogs and cats.
- Conduct comprehensive exams, develop individualized treatment plans, and communicate clearly with clients.
- Utilize modern diagnostic tools to guide clinical decisions.
- Collaborate with a skilled support team to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive, client-centered workplace.
- Support ongoing improvements in workflow, protocols, and medical standards.
- Independent Practice: Full clinical autonomy with your voice valued.

- Competitive base salary ($110,000 – $150,000) + production bonuses.
