RoKo Staffing Consulting is proud to partner with a well-established, multi-specialty medical practice in Orlando, FL, seeking a Rheumatology or Orthopedic APRN to join their collaborative clinical team.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and physical exams
• Assess, diagnose, and manage rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment outcomes
• Educate patients on disease processes and long-term care plans
• Accurately document in EMR
• Coordinate care within a multi-specialty team

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Florida APRN license (in good standing)
• National NP certification (AANP or ANCC)
• Rheumatology or Orthopedic experience required
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a 1099 contractor role
