Beztak is looking to hire a Nurse join our team. We are looking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This position is responsible for providing exemplary personalized care that meets the physical and social needs of the resident.

• Provide comfort and safety to residents while assisting them with Activities of Daily Living tasks; including dressing, grooming, and bathing
• Respond to residents needs in a caring and positive manner
• Encourage residents and provide environment for success in meeting their highest level of participation and independence while fostering choice
• Follows structured routines regarding care and cleaning duties
• Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed.
• Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills.

• Have a caring and positive demeanor when interacting with residents and family members
• Passion, dedication and commitment for providing seniors an engaging, enlivening and captivating living environment
• Acts with patience and understanding at all times

• Licensed Practical Nurse license/certification required
• One-year experience working in the field

This position requires frequent Sitting, standing, walking, squatting/kneeling, reaching, grasping, pushing/pulling, twisting/bending, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.

This position typically operates indoors with possible exposure to blood borne pathogens or other potentially infectious material.
