Opportunity Description
Human Edge Health is seeking an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Naples, FL. This role offers exposure to a variety of surgical specialties, including orthopedic, neuro, robotics, ENT, general surgery, and urology. The OR nurse will work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR techs to deliver high-quality patient care while following AORN and hospital standards.

Position Highlights

• Day shift schedule

• Exposure to multiple surgical specialties

• Expectation to float within the OR as needed

• Collaboration with the full surgical team

Required:

• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications

• 2+ years OR experience with strength in Ortho, Neuro, Robotics, ENT, General Surgery, Urology

• Cerner EMR experience

Preferred:

• CNOR certification

Scope of Role:

• Prepare operating rooms and ensure timely surgical cases

• Scrub and assist surgeons during procedures

• Communicate with families and update physician preference cards

• Supervise personnel delivering patient care

• Apply critical thinking and leadership in patient care planning according to regulatory and hospital standards
