Marketing and Communications Coordinator – Naples, FL

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field required
  • 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or development, preferably within a nonprofit organization
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Technically proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, publishing software, and website management
  • Highly organized, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Previous experience in a faith‑based setting a plus

  • Adaptable to occasional weekend or evening events as needed

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
  • Update and implement mission‑aligned communications and marketing strategies for both internal and external audiences
  • Shape and manage the organization’s brand voice and visual identity across various channels
  • Develop and execute campaigns to promote programs, major events, and community outreach
  • Establish and monitor a robust digital presence, including website maintenance and social media engagement
  • Track digital analytics and provide actionable insights on engagement
  • Act as a central communications hub, collaborating with staff and committees to ensure all materials are up‑to‑date and brand‑consistent
  • Oversee publications, bulletins, newsletters, annual reports, and event‑related content
  • Support event planning and content creation through onsite coverage and creative input
