Machinist Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Machinist Supervisor to lead our precision machining team in Naples, FL. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality production for medical and aerospace components. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands‑on machining expertise, and a proven track record in regulated manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of machinists on 2nd shift.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Operate and troubleshoot lathes, mills, and Swiss machines as needed.
- Review production schedules and allocate resources efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with medical/aerospace manufacturing standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
- 10+ years of experience in medical or aerospace manufacturing.
- Proficiency with lathe, mill, and Swiss machining.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of GD&T and precision tolerances.
- Familiarity with ISO and FDA regulations (medical) or AS9100 (aerospace).

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Naples, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.
