- Title:
Painter Helper - Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Location:
Tamiami Collision Center – Naples, FL
- Assist the painter with prepping vehicles for refinishing
- Sanding, masking, and cleaning panels prior to paint
- Maintain a clean and organized paint booth and prep area
- Support paint mixing and material handling
- Follow OEM procedures and shop safety standards
- Work closely with the painter and production team to maintain workflow
- Experience in a collision center or automotive environment preferred
, but not required - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow direction and work efficiently
- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Dealership-owned, OEM-certified facility
- Preferred repair center for Ford, Hyundai & Genesis
- Opportunity to grow into a Painter or Estimator role
- Supportive team environment with steady workflow
- Monday–Friday schedule — no weekends
