Spherion - Tamiami Trail North - Responsibilities:
Build precise electro-mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, and cables;
Perform wire tagging and assemble rotors into housings while accurately setting endplay;
Use fixtures to adjust brushes and assemble brush blocks or slip ring stack-ups;
Execute high-quality soldering to terminals and splice HML wires;
Set up components for run-in/clean and utilize measurement instruments for quality checks
