This is a full-time, on-site role for a Machine Operator based in Naples, FL. The Machine Operator will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring components meet quality standards, and performing routine inspections. Tasks include operating manufacturing equipment, using hand tools, conducting quality control tests, and collaborating with the team for efficient production processes. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential aspects of this position.
Qualifications- Proficiency in machine operation and use of advanced machinery
- Experience with quality control processes and ensuring compliance with production standards
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic equipment maintenance
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors
- Attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and ability to follow instructions
- Previous experience in manufacturing or machining industries is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred
