CNC Machinist | Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong machining experience, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to producing high-quality parts with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes according to production specifications.
- Load programs, adjust offsets, and verify tool paths.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
- Maintain tight tolerances and ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience (milling or turning).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
- Experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with G-code adjustments is a plus.

Work EnvironmentThe role is based in Naples, FL, with a schedule of 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The work environment is clean, climate-controlled, and equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machinery.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Naples, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr.
