CNC Machinist Supervisor

Seeking an experience CNC Machinist Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Machinist Supervisor to lead our precision machining team located in Naples, FL. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality production for medical and aerospace components. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on machining expertise, and a proven track record in regulated manufacturing environments.

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of machinists on 2nd shift.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Operate and troubleshoot lathes, mills, and Swiss machines as needed.
• Review production schedules and allocate resources efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with medical/aerospace manufacturing standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues.

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with lathe, mill, and swiss machining.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of precision tolerances.
• Familiarity with ISO and FDA regulations (medical) or AS9100 (aerospace).

• Experience with CNC mill, CNC lathe, and Swiss machine operations.
• Proficiency in G&M Codes, CNC programming, setup, and troubleshooting.

This is a Permanent position based out of Naples, FL.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Naples,FL.
