Business Development and Technical Manager

Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in electrical contracting or construction management
• Familiarity with NEC codes and electrical systems
• Competence in preparing and delivering professional project estimates and client proposals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in English;
  Spanish language skills are highly valued
• Possession of a valid Florida driver’s license
• Proactive attitude with results‑driven focus

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with general contractors, architects, and clients
• Identify, assess, and secure new residential and commercial electrical projects
• Generate project estimates and proposals in collaboration with the technical team and suppliers
• Supervise field operations to guarantee timely project completion within budget and in line with electrical standards
• Organize materials, schedules, and coordinate technical teams
• Handle project documentation, permits, and finalize reports
• Work closely with company ownership to explore new business avenues and enhance internal processes
