Working as an extension of the client's team, Showcase provides stage sets, technical production equipment, boutique event furniture, creative concept design, modular and bespoke exhibition stands, and feature build elements, alongside the technical expertise, operational planning, and international delivery across in the UK, Europe and America.

Group Managing Director / Leadership
The Regional Account Director will be responsible for leading and developing strategic client accounts across Northern America and wider U.S. regions while overseeing the successful commercial and operational delivery of live events and experiential production projects.
This senior role combines high-level account management, commercial ownership, and project delivery oversight. The successful candidate will drive client growth, ensure profitability across projects, and work closely with production, creative, and operations teams to deliver event experiences.
Key Responsibilities .- Create, lead and grow a portfolio of key regional and national client accounts.
- Build long‑term client relationships and act as the primary contact.
- Develop deep knowledge of client objectives, industries, and upcoming opportunities.
- Identify, pitch, and secure new revenue opportunities across assigned accounts.
- Lead quarterly and annual client review meetings, performance reporting, and strategic planning.
- Oversee MSAs, SLAs, and contractual compliance across assigned accounts.
- Ensure production, operations, and project teams are aligned to deliver on scope, budget, and timeline.
- Conduct key client meetings, site visits, and attend onsite at events to manage client.
- Key point for escalation.
- Translate client briefs into strategic production and experiential solutions.
- Work closely with creative, technical, and production teams to guide concept development.
- Provide strategic input into design direction, production methodology, and delivery approach.
- Ensure accurate CRM forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Contribute to internal business strategy, growth planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster cross‑department collaboration to improve delivery performance and client experience.
- 7+ years’ experience in account management, production, or project delivery within live events, experiential, AV, or production industries.
- Proven track record managing and growing high-value client accounts.
- Strong commercial, contract, and financial management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and cross‑functional delivery.
- Strong understanding of live event production, staging, AV, scenic, and experiential environments.
- Experience overseeing multiple large‑scale projects.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and executive‑level communication skills.
- Able to operate effectively in fast‑paced, high‑pressure live event environments.
- Strong ownership mentality and accountability for results.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Ability to travel regionally, nationally and internationally.
- Working knowledge of Hubspot CRM.
- Working knowledge of Current RMS quoting systems.
