About the PositionThe Scenter Manager is a vital position at Scenthound, offering strong leadership, sales expertise, and exceptional customer service.
Requirements- Management experience
- Sales experience
- Customer service experience (retail, restaurant)
- Strength to lift up to 70 pounds; stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work daytime, evening and weekend hours and transition across multiple locations in Naples
We are searching for a confident manager who leads with integrity, honesty, and compassion. A successful Scenter Manager is an independent problem solver, adaptable, detail-oriented, and compassionate dog lover! We are looking for a HANDS-ON leader who can manage the day-to-day operations of the Scenter with an emphasis on critical KPIs:
Sales Conversion, Labor Efficiency Ratio, Average Ticket Price, Rebook Ratio, etc.
- Drive membership sales through health and wellness education
- Maintain a knowledgeable team that prioritizes dog wellness and safety
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship for the Scenter employees
- Drive employee development through leadership, training, and performance reviews
- Uphold quality standards through hands-on participation, employee audits, and training
- Identify when/ where help is needed and provide assistance to keep Scenter on schedule
- Create an environment conducive to teamwork, open communication, and Scenthound values
- Manage client expectations;
Resolve customer concerns - Ensure the safety of dogs and team members at all times
- Adhere to Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practices
- Effective communication with team members and dog parents
- Leadership, coaching, mentorship
- Recruiting, hiring, and creating a happy and effective team
- Problem-solving

- Time management – ability to make an efficient schedule
- Computer/ technology proficiency

Prior experience working with dogs is wonderful, but not required
