Position OverviewSenior Project Manager (Ultra High-End Luxury Residential) – responsible for leading projects from preconstruction through close‑out in the construction of multi-million-dollar custom homes ($10+M).
Responsibilities- Lead projects from preconstruction to close‑out.
- Manage project budget, schedule, and contract administration.
- Direct buy‑out, procurement, and coordination of architects, designers, consultants, and high‑end trade partners.
- Partner with the Superintendent to drive field execution, quality, safety, and logistics.
- 10+ years of project management experience in bespoke luxury residential construction.
- Track record of managing $10+ million projects.
- Polished, intelligent communicator with diplomatic, discreet, and firm‑but‑fair management style.
- Strong conflict‑resolution and professional negotiation skills.
- Tech savvy with advanced MS Office proficiency.
- Stable employment history and clean background check.
