Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple Juice Society locations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, and leading a high‑performing team that embodies our mission of wellness and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple juicery locations, ensuring consistency in quality, service, and brand experience.
- Hire, train, and lead shift managers and staff, cultivating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer care.
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and operational efficiency across locations.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, and enhance customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with ownership on growth initiatives, community engagement, and new store openings.
- Monitor inventory, vendor relationships, and supply chain management to ensure efficiency and freshness of all products.
- Track KPIs, generate reports, and implement improvements where needed.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of management experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or multi‑unit retail.
- Strong leadership skills with proven success in building, training, and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalated guest concerns professionally.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor, and P&L.
- Experience in inventory management and supply chain logistics.
- Proficiency in business strategy development and execution.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance (HACCP/DOA familiarity a plus).
- Marketing and community outreach skills to help drive brand awareness and local engagement.
- Passion for health, wellness, and creating an exceptional customer experience.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred but not required.
