• Field Duties (70-80% of work time):
• Must be able to travel up to a total of 2 weeks.
• Must have a labor-intensive attitude and be capable of operating heavy machinery and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Perform maintenance on telecommunications towers.
• Must have the physical ability and the willingness to dig, bend, and climb inclines.
• Provide superior customer service while ensuring all essential job functions are performed in a timely, efficient, accurate, and safe manner.
• Adhere to all company and industry standard/regulations (OSHA, COMTRAIN, etc.).
• Office Duties (20-30% of work time):
• Upload photos of work completed.
• Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings, specifications, and design requirements related to telecommunications, commercial, residential, and light industrial applications.
• Conduct due diligence for multiple projects prior to field work.
• Review peer work product.

• 1 year general construction experience preferred; some cell tower industry experience highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; self-starter, team player, and results oriented.
• Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle.
