Trust Estates Paralegal

Job Description

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Trust & Estates Paralegal position available with a national Law Firm for their office in Naples, FL.

Your specific duties will include:

• Preparation of probate pleadings
• Draft estate planning documents (will, trusts, POAs)
• Prepare and file federal estate tax returns

Required qualifications for the position include:

• 5+ years of experience in all phases of Trusts & Estates
• Superior communication and mathematical skills
• Highly organized

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• Paralegal certificate
• Knowledge and experience of related software is a plus (iManage, Legal Tracker)

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
