Our Client is seeking a talented associate with 2–3 years of commercial litigation experience to join our growing practice in our Naples or Tampa offices.

• Researching and drafting legal memoranda and dispositive and non-dispositive motions
• Appearing and arguing matters in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration
• Drafting and responding to written discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
• Managing smaller matters with limited supervision
• Collaborating effectively with colleagues across offices on complex, high-stakes matters
